Dr. Moreno Rojo began his career at the Autonomous University of Baja California, where he earned his degree in Dental Surgery in 2012. During his social service at the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers of Baja California (ISSSTECALI), he specialized in oral and maxillofacial surgery, demonstrating outstanding performance and earning honors from CENEVAL and UABC.
He furthered his academic training with a Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery from the Universidad Cuauhtémoc in Guadalajara, where he graduated as the top of his class in 2018.
